Supervision takes place on a number of levels, which may be combined using different hardware and software supports (HMI panels, industrial PC):
alarm management, production management (accepted, rejected, types), data output to printer.



Acquisition of product data is dynamic, with storage in a database for statistical purposes to permit local and/or remote management control of the data collected (statistics, percentages, conversion into graphs, also in response to specific requests customised to suit customers’ needs).

Testing systems range from video cameras for dimensional control to equipment for testing rigidity and dielectric insulation, vacuum seal and pressure, all with software management and supervision of the results where required.

Mounting Systems normally employ pneumatic movement controlled by a PLC. On some particular plants actuators such as cartesian axis robots, SCARA robots or anthropomorphic robots may be preferred.
